CIAPE is an Italian non-profit organisation promoting high-quality youth work through non-formal education, coaching and mentoring, and gamified and storytelling-based methodologies. The organisation designs and implements national and European projects focused on youth empowerment, employability, green and digital transition, social inclusion. Operating through a geographically distributed team active across several Italian regions (Lazio, Lombardy, Abruzzo and Puglia), CIAPE works with young people, youth workers and educators, combining practice-based learning with research, policy insights and transferable methodologies, in line with European quality standards.
